Sadee Maternity – Vancouver, WA Maternity Photographer
I first met Sadee and Kensy under very sad circumstances.
I volunteer for a non profit organization called, Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep, which blesses families with photos of their babies who don’t get to come home.
I photographed Sadee and Kensy’s daughter, Kiara, last year when she was born sleeping.
When Sadee found she was pregnant again, she reached out and asked if I was willing to photograph this new baby! She felt it would be so special for their family since I photographed their daughter Kiara.
We booked our session on the HOTTEST day of the year! It was 120 degrees outside, and Sadee rocked it!
We made sure she stayed in the shade the entire time, and had water on hand as well!
We got her entire session shot in about 30 minutes!
We chose to do her session at McMenamins Cornelius Pass Roadhouse. The grounds are stunning, and it was also the location where we met to discuss her upcoming newborn session.
Kensy and Sadee brought along the huge image they had printed of Kiara, which I had taken. It was so special to have Kiara along with us as well, to celebrate this new baby.
Kiara’s parents also brought her urn to the maternity session.
I am so excited for Kensy and Sadee! I know they are anxious to meet their son!
