Welcome to Piper’s 6 month photo session!

For Piper’s session, her mama wanted crisp and clean images. I love when parents choose a beautiful and simple white backdrop, as I feel it focuses the images solely on the baby and gives them a more angelic feel.

Piper was setting up unassisted, and was on point with her eye contact and tiny smile.

Mom wanted to incorporate sunflowers in Piper’s session as well, so we used a sunflower tieback with matching romper to get the sunflower feel!

Makayla – Vancouver, WA Newborn Photographer

Meet the beautiful Makayla! I was able to photograph Makayla’s newborn photos, and was thrilled when her mama came back for a 6 month session!

How beautiful is she? It’s always fun for me to photograph milestones with babies, so few parents choose to have these kinds of sessions!

At this age, babies can usually set up unassisted so we get those fun prop shots in bowls and little beds. This age is very animated and makes great eye contact, and is often very smiley!

Makayla looks like a little doll here for her 6 month images! I hope you enjoy them!

Jaxton – Vancouver, WA Newborn Photographer

Meet the beautiful Jaxton! He is also featured with his cousin, Dawsyn, HERE.

For Jaxton’s session, we decided to stick with the neutral theme from the cousins session earlier. So Jaxton’s mama chose browns and blue’s for her little boy’s newborn session.

I loved how teeny tiny Jaxton was for his session! This made it fun to wrap him up in several layers, to create the look we were wanting.

Jaxton was also WIDE awake for several of his shots! Eye contact with a newborn is so rare and such a treat!
